Shipping & Delivery

ONLINE ORDERS

• Online orders are delivered within 2–3 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.While we make every effort to expedite the process.Your business is important to us, and we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.
• During our peak back-to-school period, delivery times may be extended. To ensure timely delivery, we encourage customers to place their orders in advance.
• Subject to availability, we may deliver partial orders and continue delivering the remaining items until the order is completed.
• We use various carriers to deliver orders. The customer will be contacted before delivery by the delivery service provider .

COLLECT IN-STORE 

Orders selected for Click & Collect will be ready for collection on the next business day excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will be notified by email once your order is ready. Click & Collect is free of charge. If you require delivery instead, standard delivery charges will apply and delivery will take 2–3 working days, excluding Sundays and public holiday.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is complimentary for orders value of 350 AED or more. For orders under this value, a delivery fee of 29 AED will be applied.

INSTA SHOP ORDERS

If your order was placed through Instashop, all exchange and refund requests must be submitted directly to Instashop. You can reach their Customer Service team by calling 04 879 5000 or by chatting with them through the Instashop app. We are unable to process Instashop exchanges or refunds directly.
