Despite efforts to ensure an accurate display of colours, Stitches cannot guarantee the precise replication of Product colours on your device’s display. You acknowledge that the Products you purchase may exhibit slight variations from the images on this Website.
Stitches reserves the right to limit the sales of Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Stitches may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Stitches reserves the right to limit the quantities of any Products offered.
All Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Stitches. Stitches reserves the right to discontinue any Product at any time.
Stitches reserves the right to modify the Products in order to comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Stitches may also make minor adjustments and improvements to the Products.

You acknowledge that Stitches shall not incur any liability in such circumstances.

Orders
The presentation of Products on this Website should be understood as an invitation to engage in negotiations and not as a binding offer to sell at the listed price. Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase Products from us. We will notify you to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. Acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the Products.
Stitches reserves the right to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons. You acknowledge that Stitches shall not incur any liability in such circumstances. We may, at our sole discretion, limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
In the event that Stitches is unable to accept your order, written notification will be provided, and you will not be charged for the Products. This may occur due to a variety of reasons, including the Products being out of stock, unexpected resource limitations beyond Stitches’ reasonable planning capabilities, errors in the price or description of the Products, or Stitches being unable to meet a delivery deadline specified by you.
In the event of a typographical error causing the Product to be listed at an incorrect price, Stitches will promptly notify you of the correct price via email. You will be given the option to purchase the Product at the accurate price or cancel your order. If you confirm your willingness to proceed with the purchase at the correct price, the Product will be delivered to you. However, if you decide to cancel your order due to the incorrect price, and payment has already been charged, Stitches will issue a refund once the Product has been returned.
Prices and payment
The prices for Products are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT. If your credit card is not denominated in AED, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Delivery costs are charged separately during checkout.
Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. Stitches reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Stitches shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Products.
Please be advised that exclusively payments made through credit or debit cards will be accepted. All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.
We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Delivery
Products will only be shipped after Stitches receives payment confirmation. Please note that we can only deliver to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Our aim is to deliver Products to your UAE address within 7 working days after the shipment date, excluding weekends and public holidays. After placing your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which will enable you to keep track of your delivery status. Please note that delivery times may be extended during our peak period in August. Hence, we recommend placing your order early to avoid any possible delays. If we are unable to deliver the Products to you within 30 days of your order, we will inform you and provide you with two options. You can either choose an alternative delivery period or cancel your order.
If the delivery of your ordered Products is delayed or prevented because of reasons beyond our control, such as material shortages, import delays, or unforeseen demand, we will make effort to keep you informed about the situation. However, we will not be held liable for any such delay or failure. If there is a possibility of a significant delay, you can contact us to cancel your order, and we will refund you for any Products that you have paid for but have not yet received.
Please verify on delivery that the Products are undamaged. If they are damaged, you need to notify Stitches immediately. For more information, please refer to Refund and Exchange Policy Refund & Return Policy
For orders of AED 250 or more, delivery is complimentary. A delivery fee of AED 25 applies to orders below this value. No delivery charge is applicable for orders collected in-store.
Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products are signed for at the delivery address stipulated in your order. Stitches accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss to the Products after the risk passes to you.
Right to cancel the order
You may cancel your order for any reason before the Products are dispatched or up to 30 calendar days after delivery.
To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing or by telephone and return the Products to us within 14 days of this notification or provide evidence of the Products having been returned. We will (at your option) exchange the Products or refund you the amount paid for the Products, provided that the Products meet the requirements defined in the Return & Refund Policy Refund & Return Policy . Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund for delivery charges.
If you cancel your order before the Products are dispatched, we will refund your payment according to these Terms.
Stitches has the right to cancel any order before delivery. If we cancel your order, we will refund you for any payments you have made with respect to the cancelled order, and you will not have to make any further payments to us.

No warranties
The service and all Products delivered to you by Stitches are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
In the event of any cause of action, including but not limited to negligence, arising from or in relation to any purchase made on this Website, Stitches’ entire liability shall be limited with regard to the items purchased on our Website, to the extent that (at your discretion):
1. Products shall be repaired or replaced, or
2. The amount paid by you for the Products purchased shall be refunded.
Stitches’ aggregate liability in respect of all causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Products purchased on this Website or in connection with your use of this Website (whether for breach of contract, in negligence or any other tort, under statute or otherwise at all), including for the loss or damage to Products whilst in transit, will not exceed a) an amount equal to the value of the Products delivered to you under these Terms pursuant to your last order, or b) in any other case AED 100.
Save in respect of death and personal injury, Stitches shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) for any claim arising under or in connection with Products purchased from the Website or your use of the Website unless you deliver to Stitches written notice of the claim within two months of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim or, if earlier, two months from the time you ought reasonably to have become aware of such circumstances.
Stitches cannot be held liable for business losses under these Terms. Orders on this Website can only be made for the Products for individual use. If you use the Products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Disputes arising in relation to use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Market.
